I used to recommend them. but they recently jacked up their pricing for vip passes. too much money when it's the same houses as last year. I'm gonna pass. if you have never been. it's fun. just not worth it anymore for my family.

Sorry you won't be coming out Phillip. We try to keep our pricing competitive with other similar haunts in Florida. Additionally, we are open during the week in October to allow for smaller crowds than the weekend.
Don't undercut their performers
RecommendedWe went to Screamageddon for the first time this year. As full-time professional performers, we can be a bit critical when it comes to entertainment. We LOVED Screamageddon! When you get inside, there are bonfires burning and carnival-style stands set up with food and drinks. Beer wasn't overpriced! Walking through actual woods in the dark was the perfect mood-setter for the first attraction we went into. The prison was so scary! RecommendedScariest Halloween event I attended this year.
Moving forward I and my large number of friends will be boycotting Screamageddon, not only due to their poor customer service skills but because the event has gotten worse, they are offering less and charging more. They under pay their employees, I don't have the time to go into details but Halloween Horror Nights and HallowScream is better, and worth the money both of which are also centrally located to major cities. After seeing the way they treat their employees I didn't even want to go however, my daughter wanted to so, I went with her last night. Do yourself a favor and Save your money. Go to Busch Gardens it is so much better!!!! This place was a joke and not really scary. I laughed all the way through the prison. They haunted woods are so dark I was more afraid of falling than anything else. Hi Renee, we saw your Google review and replied to you there. Deadwoods is meant to be in the dark- that is the fear factor is plays on. The trail is inspected daily to insure safety. Pretty lame that you last minute raised the prices for the upcoming final weekend. last weekend the price was $20 and now it's $30. oh well should have bought my ticket than I guess. maybe next year screamagedon!

It states at the top of the ticketing page that prices are subject to change. Additionally, prices have risen every weekend as it gets closer. It isn't exclusive to the final weekend. In fact, they are cheaper than previous weekends.
It's probably ok for little kids but IMO it was just lame.
