I’ve went every year since this event started... this year went into the new 3D haunted house and a pvc pipe fell from the ceiling almost hitting me. When I left in the exit line an employee came up to me and accused me of making it fall.. I hate to say it as much as I did like this event I’m disappointed in the staff this year... I could have been injured...
RecommendedThis was our 3rd year of going but I was a little skeptical because we were going opening night and I was thinking they wouldn't have everything all together however, I was wrong and we were not let down!!! The houses were AWESOME and the new zombie paintball was a ton of fun! It did take a long time to pay for it since the credit machine wasn't working properly and the line waiting for the bus took 45 mins. We luckily did everything else first and left this till the end, if we didn't we would have missed out on some houses.... read more
Have been every year and usually enjoy it. A group of us went last night, Opening Night 2018. For the most part it was okay. However, the disfunction and planning of the paintball attraction was HORRIBLE and not worth the money or 2 hour wait. The wait was not because of the number of people at scream a geddon, it was because 1 bus for a small amount of people, equates to WASTE of time and money. RIDICULOUS.
Don’t waste your money. Management isn’t even accountable enough to take action in your complaints even if you aren’t asking for a full refund. It was low staffing houses were empty and the interactive houses were not even interactive. I wasted a night with my family and almost $200 for a big fat lame experience. Management needs to DO BETTER!!!
They forget to pay employees, then give them the silent treatment. Still have yet to receive a check from 3rd pay period... Mike in HR is not responding to calls/text/emails..
They are great as customers. But when you see behind the scenes how they treat there employees not so much . I tried to report how they treat there employees to local news and in response they defamed my character by making up an insane accusation as to why I was fired I wish I could sue them for it unfortunately I don't have the money which is reality was extremely unfair on there part but now on paper. The haunted walk through the woods was the scariest freakin house I’ve EVER experienced. We will definitely be choosing Scream-A-Geddon over Busch Gardens or HHN next year 👍🏻
