We have been long time loyal customers. Since opening we’ve returned every year. Same weekend for my boyfriends birthday. It’s become a tradition. Usually we tell everyone how great it is and how it’s better than the alternative more expensive parks. This year fell short. Truly dissatisfied. The midway sucked. I should start by mentioning that I'm a haunt fanatic and that I travel all over the country to multiple haunted houses, every year. I've even worked in a few professional haunts throughout the years. So I've seen some great haunts, some average haunts, and some pretty lame haunts too. This one falls under the "lame" category, is not very well organized, and seriously lacks in customer service.

They treat their guest like pigs in a slaughter house. Want you for the pay day, and thats it. Worst customer service you would ever imagine. Really makes you hope karma comes around for their manager and general manager.

I went during friend's and family night / final dress rehearsal so this is my general review / experience. But none the less it sucked. 1. Even before I went through the main entrance I had ticket issues due to miscommunication. 2. It was more laughable then scary and a few rooms in the houses I went in only had props no people to guide us or scare us. 3. You should have been informed that a lot of our park was being repaired due to storm damage and that we were not officially opened or completed yet. My son and wife treat me last year love it great going again
I could not purchase tickets on line, Eventbright number is no longer working and no one can help me at your phone number. So beware I don't think these people care about anything than taking your money. I was told to email and still have not gotten any response. So I guess I will not be bringing my group there tonight.
