I have tried to handle my experience privately with the owner and the operations manager but since I have received terrible customer service, I feel compelled to warn future patrons. I thought it was predictable and kind of boring. They relied on loud disorientation tactics to attempt to scare you. I laughed the majority of the time. The beer was super expensive, $8 for a 16 oz can, food choices were limited and they had a make shift carnival type game selection.

Watched y'all harass a previous reviewer and I have a bad taste from it. Immature and unprofessional. Freedom of speech is a real thing until apparently it's something you don't like.

Well played. But I stand by my initial review on your political agenda used for profit. Thank you for deleting an honest review which in no way violated anything. Be warned, guys; these people are a hoax and are completely unprofessional. Zero customer service, HR support, or trained representatives. You complain and they mock & report you.

This place was suggested to me by two people who went last year. They said it was awesome. There was only 1 house that was good. The other houses and the hayride weren't scary. I did both interactive houses and was very disappointed. This was what I most looked forward to. There were too many people with the necklaces on and so you could see them at every turn. I Wasn't impressed. The houses were so dark you could hardly see anything and the characters all said pretty much the same thing in every house. The hayride was the best part of the night.
