Seagrass village was awesome. She only lived there 6 weeks until she got moved to memory care at The Landing, their Sister property. It was understaffed, not well managed, small and had little to offer residents. Seagrass is a Beautiful and clean facility, with excellent food, staff and plenty of activities. Convenient location.

Seagrass "The Grand and Villas" are totally independent. I highly recommend it. All the residents and staff are friendly. So many activities, you have to prioritize! I have not regretted one moment of my year here!! I rated the food 3 because we have seen a difference since food prices have increased. In the "Villas", meals are not apart of the fees. But a good plan is available for those that don't want to cook for themselves.

The staff and residents are very friendly and welcoming. The apartments are spacious with kitchen appliances (no dishwasher). Washer and dryer in apartment. Dining times are close together, but no cooking unless you choose. Snacks, coffee, tea around the clock. Lots of activities to choose from... live music several times week. It's not perfect... but next to it. Recently had a birthday, and this community blessed my day with friendship and love. This is where I was meant to be.

It was a nice place but a little smaller than I would have liked. There was no care since it was independent living. The dining areas is nice and mom liked some of the meals provided by typically wanted something else off the menu. Our loved one was not feeling well most of the time she was there so she didn't get to participate a lot, but she did enjoy the happy hours, musicians and bingo. She would of liked to do water aerobics but didn't know what they were offered I think. I didn't think the value for cost was outrageous... read more

It's very safe, clean & friendly. I think they could improve by providing meal choices . Maybe 3 different entrees to choose from each lunch and dinner.

It is across the board amazing! It's like mom is on a cruise every day for the rest of her life! She is 91 and she eats with several other ladies that are 89-90 -she feels like she is in college! The food is incredible-high end restaurant quality or she can have a hot dog if she wants. She loves the painting, aerobics, water aerobics, chapel, happy hour, the in house salon - it is all great. We had to move my parents quickly into a new environment. The staff was very helpful in getting us the information we needed along with recommending resources as we navigate this new chapter in all our lives. In two weeks time, they are moving around more, getting to know their neighbors and building new routines.
