It's very safe, clean & friendly. I think they could improve by providing meal choices . Maybe 3 different entrees to choose from each lunch and dinner.
It is across the board amazing! It's like mom is on a cruise every day for the rest of her life! She is 91 and she eats with several other ladies that are 89-90 -she feels like she is in college! The food is incredible-high end restaurant quality or she can have a hot dog if she wants. She loves the painting, aerobics, water aerobics, chapel, happy hour, the in house salon - it is all great. We had to move my parents quickly into a new environment. The staff was very helpful in getting us the information we needed along with recommending resources as we navigate this new chapter in all our lives. In two weeks time, they are moving around more, getting to know their neighbors and building new routines.
Nicest place I've ever been.
My parents came to PCB to visit us in May after not having seen us for 2 1/2 years due to the coronavirus. At the end of their visit, they decided to move here! My sister and I checked out many options, but Seagrass Village outshone them all. We loved Robin, the sales director. She was incredibly helpful. All the staff were helpful and friendly as well. I moved here to the Panama City Beach Seagrass Independent living community 3 months ago. I can say one of the best choices I , along with my children , could have made. I will have to say the staff has been number one. Anything they can do to help it is done with a smile. My son and his wife did most for me as far as the paperwork with the sales manager as I was in Memphis . She went above and beyond with helping them and me. This facility fits our needs. The staff are great and the facility is clean. This is a great place for our loved one.
Once a month friends come for lunch. 6 - 7 of us. We all enjoy soup, sandwiches, salads, beverages, and delicious desserts! Yesterday, [name removed], the employee of the month was our server and he proved worthy. And a great time was had by all. Thanks Chef [name removed]!
