Sean was awesome! He walked us through each step and answered all of our questions. He was always quick to respond and always let us know ahead of time if he would be unavailable. Sean was fantastic! He was always very professional over the phone and in his email messages, and would always get back to me in a very timely manner. We started our learning process roughly 6 months ago and sean patiently explained the process and was with us every step of the way. He showed absolute patience throughout the 6 months even when we had a rollercoaster of emotions. He always stayed calm and collected and had a smile on his face.
