From the first conversation I had with Sean I was very much at ease I told him I had no clue what I was doing and he walk me to the process each and every step of the way very patient and always was quick to respond back to me even on the weekend. He made the transition as easy as possible for me and I truly appreciated that. It was as if he were doing this for a family member and not someone who was not a relative I find that very comforting.
Buying a house can be a very daunting task, and selling one house and buying another simultaneously is even worse. Sean not only answered our myriad "technical" questions, but when the anxiety levels got a little high he reassured us that everything was right on track (which it was) and it made the experience so much easier. I can't thank Sean and his team enough for all they did for us.
