This was a fast close! I called sean and he had a pre approval and offer letter written up w/out much notice from me and had our offer accepted w/in 24 hours. We closed on the house in 3 weeks! Realtors never saw this quick of a turn around.

Sean was very helpful with my refinance. He gave me step by step instruction, explained and answered all my questions, even after the close I had some questions and he promptly and kindly answered all of them! I highly recommend recommend Sean Boehmer!

Sean was great to work with, he was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me as I repaired some of my damaged credit. He took the time to walk me through every step of the loan process and guided me all the way to the end. I would definitely use Sean in the future and would refer him to all my family and friends!
