Sean was always available when I had a question for him. When I would find a house I was interested in, I would call him and ask him if he could run the numbers for me. He never complained (there were a lot of houses we looked at) and he would come up with detailed numbers we could look at. It was nice to have something tangible instead of just a rough estimate!
