We had a very difficult transaction to get financed when we were trying to help our son get into a house. Sean was wonderful and so was his assistant. When no one else would talk to us they did and when they hit a wall they just turned and attacked from a different direction. They got the deal done and we could not be more impressed with this team! Between my husband and I we have about 70 years of real estate experience so we know what we are talking about. This was no easy loan.
