They went out of their way to keep us informed on the loan. They were always positive even if a item come up that be negative they always said do worry we can work though this. The rate I got, on both loans, was great. Once the process got going, it moved right along. It seemed like it languished at the beginning, though. Overall, I'm a happy camper.
