The house was comfortable, very cleaned and nicely maintained. This was our first experience with Seaside Vacations and was very pleasurable. We highly recommend them for your vacation needs.

We loved our house this year! It was a new listing “Off The Hook” and it was newly renovated and everything was great. Seaside is the best - we called about needed a garden hose and within the hour we had one. We love the keyless entry and the pressure in the outside shower was super. The staff is always so friendly and willing to help.
Great place and very nice people
I like it! Little small for our family recommend a grill for a house. I called and asked for a Broom to be delivered D/t pet friendly home and it was never delivered, and not very clean once we arrived. Otherwise beautiful! Easy to beach access!
Had an awesome vacation! Stayed in Nu Joy Sea house and it was beautiful! Perfect location. Already booked through Seaside Vacations for next year!
This was my first experience with Seaside Vacations. We stayed at one of the Salt Aire units. We owned a cottage about 300 feet from the Salt Aire in the late 50's thru early 60's so I was very familiar with the Stokes family, builder/owner of the units. The units are over 60 years old and I was pleasantly surprised at how well they have been maintained. Everything worked great and our unit was well equipped. We stayed in Makai which is in Duck right on the Sound. The view was beautiful! The house was well stocked and the elevator made unloading and loading a piece of cake. Rooms are very spacious! Yard well maintained. Pool is aged but clean and can come heated. The tree' s outback drop many leaves so be prepared to clean the pool. The pool service was there twice during out stay. My family and I stayed at Summer Breeze home and it was absolutely beautiful. We couldnt have been happier with the house and location. The house was impressively clean. The beach was amazing and we cant wait to come back again!
