I came across Seaside Vacations while looking for a beach house last minute. The house was exactly as pictured and clean throughout. The online process was easy. We had a minor maintenance issue when we first arrived, the refrigerator upstairs was not working properly, called Seaside and the next day a brand new one was delivered. They are the best company to deal with! We have enjoyed our experiences with them from the beginning planning last summer, until the end of our trip this week.
We have booked through Seaside Vacations OBX several times and have been very happy with the flexible payment plans, customer service, and the cool perks that come with the Seaside Club. One year we even got a free kayak and bike with our rental! This year, they left a nice beach bag, hat, and other items to get our vacation started on a bright note. Definitely will be booking next year's vacation through Seaside! :D

We have rented properties through numerous realty agencies around Nags Head, and Seaside is head & shoulders above the rest. They go out of their way to be as accommodating as possible and strive to make every vacay the best ever.
A huge thank you to Seaside Vacations. Returned to OBX after 4 yrs visiting other beaches. Stayed in a wonderful 3 bed 3 bath unit in NH (End of the Rainbow). Unit was amazing! Very Clean, great location and LOVE the keyless entry. Always a pleasure booking with Seaside. You are the only agency we have used in the past 10 years when visiting OBX. (Tried many others over the years and none compare.) keep up the great work—see you in 2019!
