RecommendedWe stayed at the Savannah house on mile post 16 in Nags Head. The house was awesome and very spacious. The view from the top decks are great and the location of the house is perfect. The only complaint I have is that the house could have been a little cleaner in certain areas. There was a lot of dust build up in the corners of some rooms and some of the bathrooms were not the cleanest. Overall, a great place to stay and very comfortable house.

RecommendedWe really enjoyed our stay at “Sounds Great”!! The house was just right for my little family of three. It was clean, and tidy. I was impressed with the way the linens were packaged to ensure safety now that we have to worry over COVID. We had a slight hiccup with the door trying to get in from an outing, and the hotline was immediate in helping us get back in! I highly recommend this rental company, and the house we got to enjoy for a little mini vacay!!

RecommendedThe house we rented didn’t have a hot tub but looked like there was a place for one the days we couldn’t go to the ocean we wished we had other things to do

RecommendedExcellent customer service. But as for the home “Mike’s Beachhouse” it needs serious updates, but with location I suppose it’s to be expected. Although, interior updates could be done for what you pay. Would suggest realty company but different home. 5/10

RecommendedThis was our first time booking through Seaside and we stayed in 5001/Indebted by the Sea. The home and grounds were very clean when we arrived, and the cottage has thoughtful amenities with the private pool and hot tub. The home is also in very close proximity to the beach access which is an added bonus. We have a couple of safety concerns: some of the decking boards at the top of steps are loose and need to be nailed down/better secured, some nails are sticking out of the hand rails on both the front and back decks, and so... read more

RecommendedNeaptide is the perfect place for a small family to stay. The location is the best part about it, but the bed is uncomfortable and the bathroom and outdoor shower could use some maintenance. I would stay here again but we might consider something with a little more space. Good job Seaside Vacations for making our first Outer banks experience stress-free and enjoyable.
