The team showed up on time (early). The team (of three) checked in on regular basis to confirm my pruning preferences were followed and educated me along the way about my decisions balancing aesthetics and tree health. The team was very professional and polite. After spending close to 6-hours working on 4 trees, you never would have known any work had been done. The yard was spotless with little to no tree debris to be found. A stellar job! Thank you Seattle Tree Care!

A plum tree in our backyard broke and fell down over our fence into our neighbor's backyard. Seattle Tree Care called us back to set up an appointment promptly. The crew from STC was very professional, reliable and friendly, and took care of the tree quickly. They also cleaned up the site afterwards. We highly recommend STC!

Adam and Devin did a great job - they worked hard, and were very professional. They deserve 5 stars, but the the company only deserves 3 stars because job was not adequately staffed. The work, however, required MORE than 2 people. There were 3 trees along the parking strip, and a large tree by the house (which they did not start working on until the afternoon). In my opinion, this job was not adequately - and I expected 3 or 4 workers to handle this project.

We have utilized Seattle Tree Care on three occasions over the years. A couple of weeks ago a large branch broke away and fell from one of our Atlas Cedar Trees. It was blocking the alley way, and occurred around 4 in the afternoon. I called STC's emergency number, and Peter Gruenwoldt responded in an expeditious manner. Jacob and his crew were courteous, friendly and professional. They were thorough in consulting with us prior to the work starting. They did a very nice job of cleaning up the debris and mess left from removal of trees and hedges. Their prices were reasonable compared with the other bids we gathered. We highly recommend this company for others who are also in need of tree removal.
