Excellent service
Lloyd, another crew chief (maybe Ethan?), and two additional crew members worked all day dropping a large cherry and a large eucalyptus tree in my small back yard with a house, overhead lines, valuable Japanese maples, a deck, fence and other plantings in the vicinity all kept intact. All four gentlemen were very courteous throughout the day. They honored my requests to take care of plantings and cut up cherry logs for firewood. We gave the team a difficult set of tasks: remove two trees, one huge, one smalle;r both located in difficult places; reduce the size of 3 more (pollard them); prune 3 fruit trees plus four others that have been topped into a hedge; and prune 2 holly trees that are on the fence line with our neighbor. Ian and his crew were outstanding. They covered our entire wish list with time left over. They then did everything else we asked and suggested several other things. Everything was done with skill and care - pruning trees, bushes, rhodies , roses and grasses. Cleanup was thorough. Looks better than it ever has.
Very professional advice and work in trimming our huge cedar trees. Thorough cleanup afterwords. Communications and scheduling were very clear and professional as well. (Please check the name(s) of who I was assisted by, as I unfortunately have a bad memory for names.
