The people at Country Club Storage are easy to work with! Very helpful and efficient. I needed to find storage in Riverside at the last minute, and was unfamiliar with the area. Had to be first floor, 24 hour access, with lighting, a specific size, close to downtown. I called several times with lots of questions, and they were patient and knowledgeable. They found me the right space, and provided speedy access to it with a minimum of fuss and paperwork. I have moved items in and out several times in less than two weeks... read more
As much as I hate moving, Country Club storage made my day really easy with great customer service as well as good prices. I felt secure leaving my personal belongings in this storage and I wasn't left with an eerie feeling like I have in the past when I had my things in Public Storage. The grounds are kept nice and clean and it is very well lit at nighttime. Good job people!
Nice, clean facility, well maintained and safe. The managers are great. Restroom is always unlocked, not just during office hours like most storages, and it is clean and stocked. Gates are open (combo at the gate) until 9 pm and you have access 365 days a year, even on holidays! There's even covered/ uncovered RV parking, and a rear gate with minimal turns for the RV's. Friendly service and a pretty good value. If the location is convenient then its worth it. There is a code for the front gate and it was easy to load everything up into the storage unit.
Hi anyone having the same issue ? I have never had a problem until last year they have mice I have done the most lack of communication with MARSHA!! shes been in charge of the situation I have to be begging and back and forth they have ruined my inventory and until this day there is still poop everywhere and now at this point they are so unprofessional

I have been storing my possessions here for 12 years and I have finally had enough of their EXTREME rate hikes and the dishonesty regarding those rates. For those of us who's lease states we are not required to purchase insurance they use fuzzy math that charges the same rate regardless of the amount in their expensive 'protection plan'. Definitely received great customer service to begin with. My rates increased dramatically though. Began at 120 now Im up to 300monthly. Already looking for service elsewhere. Introductory rates are just that, to get you in the door. They are not interested in keeping a great customer, other than to keep increasing rates.
