I needed to find a closer storage facility near my home and this location was one of the places I looked into. I'm really glad I did because the property manager Sarah, was extremely helpful and very considerate of my situation. She went above and beyond what I expected. When I scouted the area near my house for a storage facility, I marked 3 potential places. I ended up choosing Securcare on Iowa Ave - it checked all the boxes for me, 100%. Access hours are ideal; easy drive in/out and wide-enough drive through aisles. Most importantly, the manager, Sara, was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I saw right away Sara's dedication to customer satisfaction when she drove me around in the golf cart to view the 3 available storage spaces. The staff is efficient and considerate. Damien assisted us in finding the right size unit for our stuff. He took the time to show us the lot and demonstrated how to properly secure our unit once paperwork was completed. The property is clean, and seems secure! I'm happy with trusting StorAmerica.
