I absolutely loved the service I got at this place, needed to find a storage fast and had shopped around but came up short until I found this place! I was out in the heat searching for storage places with my two kiddos tagging along. Seeing a change in ownership took me by surprise. However, the new manager for Stor-America, Damien, assured me that all will be transitioned over smoothly. Fast forward a couple of months and a unit upgrade later, and I'm still very much satisfied with the new ownership/management. I was pleasantly surprised how Damien exceeded my Family's needs and expectations when we needed to upgrade to a bigger unit. He gave us a hell of a deal and conducted himself professionally as he did it. Thanks Damien.

I do NOT recommend this storage facility. We are a normal working family using our unit to organize our belongings, yet we're constantly being watched, questioned, and treated like we don't belong here. Staff repeatedly approach us while we're simply trying to access our unit and even comment on how much we have stored, which is completely inappropriate. We were also told we can only be on-site for about an hour with no clear explanation, and we've even had police called on us while we were just using our storage unit normal... read more

Tweakers living in units Manager nowhere to be found She left the property left a drunk guy in charge that had codes and access to everything but held us inside trying to get out Corporate couldn't get ahold of on site manager People doing drugs inside units as you drive by them I've never been to a storage place like this one If I could give no stars I would

My unit was burglarized and my property was taken I'm a long time tenant and never had a problem until last week when I went to get my A/C out my key wouldn't fit in the lock it so happen they changed my lock , after I was able to cut the lock myself upon opening my unit this is when I noticed all my value expensive possessions were gone....only a few blankets were left..DONT STORE YOUR PROPERTY HERE

i'm telling you this place is infested with mice and they are not doing anything about it. My storage unit is clean has no food in it and there's always mice in it and they won't con tact a manager for me. It's horrible other residents have said the same thing they just don't go on yelp, but maybe they should and I will make sure I tell them to go on yelp because this place is infested with mice and they won't do anything about it.
