My husband rented at this location. The property is clean and there is always someone there to help,especially the guy with the nice tattoos. Very good costumer service,will definitely rent from here again.

I have no complaints with A-1 Storage. They had all my needs, and the customer service was great. The manager Christina was very friendly and helpful. The property is well kept, clean, and very secure. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs storage space in the area.

The place is always clean and organized. Security gate makes feel that my stuff is safe there. David and Crysral are very nice and helpful. I have been renting there for about four years and never had a problem. Yes, the rent goes up every few months, they need to stop doing that.

I was renting space there when Elaine took over as Manager, and what a difference. She is very fair, and honest. The prices are competitive and every storage space I have ever seen is drive up. I use it for business and personal and I like that they change the access numbers regularly. Also I think its wise for them to just let people know the numbers in person, and not just anyone calling over the phone. Personally I try never to go after hours. Definitely recommend them

DO NOT RENT HERE! Your items will be eaten by rodents and damaged by heavy amounts of water. I rented a unit here for about $300/mo for 2 years waiting for my house in Colorado to be built. I also paid for insurance thinking my items were safe and protected. They even hit me with the bs that the police departments train their dogs and stuff here so it's really safe. So if you pay for 1 month and you clear out when your time is up, you still have to cancel service in office or they automatically charge you for the next month EVEN IF YOU CLEAR OUT!!!! They conveniently do not mention that. So they screwed me on almost $200 for another month I didn't need .... Please stay far far away from this place horrible customer service! The whole truth nothing but the truth so help me god: I came to my storage unit tried to get some stuff out and to my surprise some idiot stuck the wrong key in my lock and broke the key inside my lock. The office was already closed and being that they have cameras I'm sure they can review the footage to see who and resolve the problem. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT STORE HERE!!! THEY HAVE RATS!!!! we have been storing some valuable and irreplaceable stuff in a unit here and we came to check on it a couple months after storing and we can hear what is probably families of mice in the back of our unit. We have kept no food or anything like that that would attract rodents. We asked for immediate help but they said the maintenance guy can't be here until Monday (it's Wednesday) to do anything about it. I'm absolutely appalled and disgusted.
