I would give this storage zero stars if i had the option. Been there 14 years and everything was fine until a new manager took over, i forgot her name but she raised the rent $75 within 5 months. You could tell the difference in management since this new manager came, shes not thinking of customer service. I canceled the service from this place i took all my stuff out and she has the nerve to call me and tell me shes going to charge me 100$ for not taking a piece of wood that was already there when i got my unit. I have rented space here since 2009. A few months ago I moved from the smallest unit to a much larger space in anticipation of storing estate sale items. The on site manager, E, is one of the meanest and unhappy people I have met. Thank goodness her assistant, R, is professional and a pleasure to work with. There is a terse (with grammar errors) sign posted on the office window stating that if you need to contact anyone after 8 pm you must call the police and if she is disturbed she will charge you 100 US dollars. When I called they told me they had a special rate and I got a 8x19 for a great monthly rate. Three months later the rate goes up $15. Five months after that the rate goes up another $20. I guess these storage places figure that once you move all your stuff in there it's a major hassle to leave and you just have to eat the rate increases. The storage unit was ok.
