This is a great self-storage, and I have had many. Clean, well-organized, and the manager Sandra is so friendly and professional. Highly recommended!!!!
Showed up to an amazing clean office. Lady was so nice e and knew everything. Showed me all the different units. Was in and out. Signed up. I can't get over how clean this place is. The drive way. The parking lot. Everything Amazing job guys
I have had 2 units here for a few months and am happy with the facility and service. I had to use another facility recently and after I realized how much cleaner it was at universal. Sandra is great, super nice and helpful. I definitely appreciate the truck rental options as well!
This review is from my mother: I used their service since 2018. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Sandra and Eleana. I enjoy using the free moving truck service they offer as a perk of being a customer. Also the location is great!!!
Amazing location good ppl that rent a storage there , unfortunately though it's not open 247 nor air conditioned which is a negative. Judy the manager that left was so amazing caring and understood needs wants and concerns. You can't dump anything I. The trash dumpster they have either and don't think anything other then having it be a hi bye and that's it . Place is ok for the mean time.

If you are looking for a self storage place look no further! This place is quiet and clean and the biggest draw is the manager Judy. She was so wonderful helping us with anything we needed!

We used Universal Self Storage to store our home items while we looked for our new home.
