Evonne Poe is the property manager and she has a couple Criminal cases This is one incident three people in connection with 30 burglaries in the county. Carl Poe, Evonne Poe and Bonnie Smith, all of Duncan, have been arrested. Deputies say they were able to catch the trio after they used a forged check at a convenience store and their car showed up on surveillance video.
