They need to check the employees that they hire. One employee Evonne is definitely on illegal drugs.

So the storage facility did not ask to add insurance to my account. Since I had third party insurance, that was purchased with my auto insurance and renter's. They had proof from day one, never asked to add insurance to my bill. It was on auto pay, so they just automatically start taking it out with no notification whatsoever Still to this day. The 2 ladies that helped me in the begining were great but my second trip i had broken a chair so i fixed it while i was storing it so it was good to go when i needed it well i had my storage door cracked because it was super hot and muggy out that day... a lil while i was in the storage and i get this LOUD bang on the door to where i then drop the chair and broke it worse i walk out side and the lady was very short and rude when very close to yelling to me " YOU CANT SHUT YOUR DOOR BECAUSE WE CANT SEE WHAT YOU ARE DOING ... read more
