Amazing staff and low prices. The lady on staff there knew my name and what unit I was in. Super helpful and kind during check in and check out.
Kodie is awesome. She is great with customer service. She takes care of us when we have any needs. My wife and I are very happy. The slight downfall which isn't her fault is a "young lady" that covers for her on her day off is not very customer oriented infact twice there was an occasion where office is locked and it took me looking inside through window to suddenly have her open takes office. All in all go see Jodie and you will be happy at this facility.
This facility is awesome. They go above and beyond to help you, i have been with them for a long time and they are always taking care of any needs we have. They do whatever they can and if you bring a concern to them no matter how small it may be, they adress and take care of it immediately. Management and staff are great customer service oriented and we have had 0 problems with them. Definetly will stay with them as long as we need a storage facility no matter if we have to drive farther.
I had a great experience with them. I needed a place to store a car for only a month that I recently purchased while in Hemet. The girl at office was friendly and professional and gave me a great deal. If they were closer I would have used them longer.
I went in looking for prices, and to get information on renting a unit, Kodie assisted me, and was extremely helpful with everything that I needed to know. I was very happy with her service, and definitely look forward to going back with no worries about renting, thanks to the excellent service provided by Kodie.
I've never had to use a storage facility before so I wasn't sure exactly what all it entailed. I was kindly greeted and Kodie Patterson made the experience easy and she was extremely helpful. Overall I was very satisfied with the company.
Good storage facility. It is kept up well and seems pretty secure. They tend to raise the rent every 6 months, but sometimes they will cancel the increase, if you call and ask.
At least 5 different homeless people living out of their storage unit here. Doesn't feel safe. And now they're closed on Sunday's. Guess I can't access my OWN stuff on a weekend. Very inconvenient, and all my items are dirty/ dusty from their weekly maintenance. PAY extra for ELSEWHERE.
They opened one in Palm Springs, horrible place ... no one is ever in that office, can't call because voicemail is Full because there is no there to answer phones
