I schedule a appointment with Ross for a pickup over a month ago and when it’s time for pickup he told me he couldn’t find a driver to come to my area after over a month that he suppose to find someone I bet he never did they suck I wouldn’t recommend this company at all!
Vehicle leave TX clean - arrives in MI covered in oil from a leak on the car haulers trailer, which he knew he had. Still have streaks in my finish from it and they are doing nothing about it.
Update: My husband spoke to Ross about this horrible experience, he advised this driver would not be used again and would make right on this situation. He also stated that the review that was written was a reflection of his company which is 100% correct as it was "his" company we contacted to transmit car. My husband told Ross that we are more than willing to remove the reviews once he made some type of effort to compensate us for such a terrible and stressful situation. 3rd class customer service and people got a quote for $1380 a week ahead and order shipping a car from ST.Louis.(had quote for $1250)because of rating went with higher price.Called every day and confirm and on the pick up day i called for confirmation no for auction.And this Guy James start telling me stories can't do on this price blah blah blah my driver is not available.and try to charge me extra i refused and he cancel my shipping.End up paying storage fee because no body else was able to pick up same day.Beware of this ... read more
Scammer I ordered a car to be picked up. The driver never showed up and Javier said he would issue a refund in 5-7 days which never happened. I called and they kept putting some lady on the phone saying we can’t do a refund. And she doesn’t know why. Javier who runs or owns it says full refund and then never does. Fake scammer
I don't understand how this place is even in business! Scheduled a car to be picked up 6 days in advance. I called back a couple days later to get the driver info and company name and was told they were finalizing that info. Never called me back! I called again several times up to the agreed upon pickup. Got put on hold for 20 minutes, hung up on and after my deadline passed was finally told they don't have any drivers! Buyer beware!!!

This company is awful! Still haven't received car and they didn't come until 8:30pm when they picked up. Zero communication from them, they tell you they'll call you back and never do!! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!!
Very unprofessional the dispatcher William never returns phone calls or answers the phone but will send several emails....if your representative is the image of your service I'm glad I went somewhere else!!!!
