Absolute WORST customer care!! I was told our vehicle would be picked up last Friday and it never happened. I got excuses from David Valle and got the runaround. Saturday, I hadn't heard anything so I called numerous times, left voicemails--emails. Silent. Monday came around and I tried again but no answer and no response. When I finally gave up and contacted other companies, there were ZERO trucks doing our route. Garbage company. Do not trust them!!!!! I'd give them zero stars if I could.
TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCOUNTABLE!! I am writing this review about Secure Auto Shipping. This company arranged the shipment of my vehicle, first with a land transport, then ocean shipment. At the time of booking I didn't realize this company only served as a broker with two other companies. They charged me a fee of $465 for this service. My car was supposed to be delivered 9/7/2015. Upto now they don't know when my car will be delivered and they don't want to tell me where exactly is my car.
