I have been storing here for years and I couldn’t be happier! They have great climate control and the best customer service!
We are long-term clients -- and fans! The facilities are well-kept, well-lit, and well-located for us. The office staff is responsive and just plain kind.
The customer service at Security Public storage was exceptional. I had the pleasure of working with Sarah who was very patient, answered all my questions and worked out a good rate for us. She was also very resourceful with the things needed for our moving process. The facility is also very clean, secure and very well maintained. I highly recommend this storage place, they are very nice and treat you like family.

The Bethesda, Md/River Road location is extremely clean, well-maintained, and very safe. The staff are very professional and always willing to help. They actually have very pleasant attitudes—which is often rare in this industry. Highly recommended.
This super clean, super-run location cannot be beat. The management team does everything possible to make your selection, move in or move out, as easy and economical as possible. I have used them at 3 different times over the years and the quality is always there. That's why I come back whenever I need some storage assistance.
This is the best place I have ever used for storage. The facility is clean, well maintained and the office staff goes above and beyond to be helpful. I worked with Sarah and she was very helpful in assisting in all my needs.
This storage facility is ideally located near downtown Bethesda. It is not the least expensive place to store things, but it is heated in the winter and air conditioned in the summer, which makes a big difference. It also has a very knowledgeable and quite helpful staff. RC
