The staff is great, always super helpful both on the phone and onsite, the facilities are easily accessible and they aren’t frightening at night, and there isn’t a humidity and mold problem unlike in other storages that I’ve rented in the past.
The management team at the front desk of Security Public Storage was extremely helpful in guiding me to my storage unit, processing my payment, and breaking down the necessary paperwork that needed signing. I'd like to give a special thank you to Sarah Ireland and Eric Aldrette for their assistance. I would definitely recommend Security Public Storage to any college students looking to store dorm items over the summer break.

When I moved from New York, from a large 2100 square foot apartment, I had a lot of things that I needed to put into storage. My mover recommended Security Public Storage, and said that they were the best Facility that he had ever seen. I had a wonderful experience. SPS of Bethesda is a first class operation. The facility is well maintained-clean, well-lit and safe. The staff is conscientious, thoughtful and customer friendly. I have stored here for over 7 years and have had nothing but a good experience. Kudos to management.
