We moved to the DC area in 2013 and immediately signed up with Security Storage at the recommendation of colleagues who store very climate-sensitive records and possessions there. We have been completely happy with the company, its owners and managers, and its customer service. The facilities are immaculate and when we needed to downsize our storage unit the company was very helpful in every way.
Very happy with Security Public Storage! Their facilities were clean, they provided a truck and hand carts for our move and their staff was incredibly helpful and friendly in fulfilling our storage needs!
The front office staff is friendly and accommodating. Halls and elevators are always clean. Good lighting. Easy location.
This is an excellent facility, very well managed. It is clean, easily accessible, climate controlled, no pests, dry, safe and secure. The staff (Jay, Jamie & Lauren) are very friendly and helpful. A good storage choice.
