Ive chosen to go to Security Public Storage in Vacville because when i researched around at many diffrent storage places, i found they we're much more polite than the other places. When i came in the next day to rent a new storage unit, I talked to Gina Mills, who is the manager. She was a very sweet lady and she explianed to me about all the prices and how my belongings in my storage would be safe and very secured. I have been using storage here for 11 years. The office staff is so polite. I know my things are safe being I have been here for 11 years and no problem! I would recommend Security Public storage to anyone. It is a very clean facility. I reallyy appreciate good customer service.
I have been renting space for approx 5 yrs, mostly with Public Storage. Up until I discovered Secrity Storage, I thought ALL storage places were the same. Well, there are not!!!!!!!! No more spiders, no more leaky roofs, no more dirt/dust blowing in on my valuables like before. I have learned my lesson!! IF I have to move from my current location again......I will surly seek out another Security Storage first before I fall for the freebees.
We have been with this storage facility over ten years, and are very satisfied with this location. The staff is also very friendly and ready to help you inside the office.
Moving and storing your belongings can be a very stressful event. Security Public Storage in Vacaville made the whole process quick and easy. The management was extremely helpful and nice, taking their time with me to make sure I was all set and informed while filling out the necessary paperwork. They also had several items for sale there that I hadn't bought beforehand, like locks and slip covers for my furniture. Security Public Storage is the best storage facility in town. Their facility is in a safe side of town. Their customer service personel is great.Their facility is always clean. The facility is supervised 24 hours a day so your belongings will always be in good hands. I recomend it to anyone out there. I give you my word Security Public Storage is exceptional.
THIS FACILITY IS RIGHT OFF THE FREEWAY SO IT IS EASY TO GET TO. THE TWO LADYS THAT RUN IT ARE VERY NICE, HELPFULL AND FRIENDLY. THE PLACE IS VERY CLEAN. ALL THE UNITS ARE ALARMED SO YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR STUFF IS VERY SAFE. THEY HAVE BATHROOMS AND COLD WATER.
