I would like to say how amazing this husband and wife team are!!! It is quite rare these days to get sufficent and caring customer service. Jay and Sandy not only offer storage units, but a very warm and extremely pleasant experience you feel like you are family! Growing up in Vacaville it is a fairly small town and they help to keep that small town feel even with all the growth and changes over the years. I would reccomend this business to anyone. Tamara B.
I had to get a storage unit last minute and had a tight schedule to work with...Carol and the crew there were amazing! So very friendly and helpful with answering questions and setting everything up completely hassle free. Will definitely use them in the future for any additional storage needs!
The customer service was absolutely great. I told them I was looking into renting a storage unit. They were able to show me an available unit that same day. I was in desperate need of a storage, though none was available at the time of my first call, Carol put me on a waiting list and two days later got me in quick with an opening! Really nice lady that helped me at the desk, very professional!
ALWAYS friendly customer service, which is very important to me because it's rare to find nowadays. Great rates, clean and safe storage units with excellent security. No military discount, however, they offer other opportunities to save. I highly recommend.
