The staff here is GREAT! I usually get Anna who is an awesome person all around!! She will go the extra mile to help you out. The facility is always clean, staff is always friendly & I feel My stuff is always secure! I've never had a problem with leaks or critters in my stuff, I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!!

The Santa Rosa team has lent a helping hand to us for over 10 years. You feel like family when you do business with Terri & Jessie. Good feelings too from when Tracy & mom were there too. They treat you with respect and dignity. And they rent the U Hauls too! 5 stars & big hurrah to SRS!

To anyone who is looking for a storage facility this is the place. Dwayne that’s who I deal with while I am at the site. He has gone above and beyond his duties to be of service due to my faults.. I got the door jammed with some items and he was so kind enough to get someone out to help me the following day when I can’t reach items I go to him and he again helps me get them down from way up high.
