RecommendedThe storage unit itself is nice. Although not all of them are climate controlled. Ours is not. Signing up was easy. But we were told that we were signing up for autopay. This never happened. We were charged a late fee and conveniently, the system was down. We had to pay a late fee to get access to our unit and still no autopay. We were not told when the “system was back up” so we could start autopay. Conveniently, we were charged another late fee. Be aware of this!!

I called and spoke to Kent today and he was very pleasant and patient to speak to and offered suggestions and assistance for me. This facility is always very clean and well kept and maintained.
