RecommendedAfter interviewing many Storage businesses from San Francisco and most of the Bay Area, I found this one to be attentive above and beyond with the needs I needed. Great customer service and employee Chidi very knowledgeable and patient. Took the time to give me all information needed, assured me of the security and showed me several options. Though I was Interested in a large storage. I took a small one and they put me on a waiting list for a large one. Thank you for your great customer service.

My experience was amazing. The call center was so friendly, the management was AWESOME!!!The whole process was fast, efficient and without a hiccup. The facility is safe clean and well kept. Prices are so reasonable!!! I would recommend to anyone!!!!!

They had the best price of the few places I called and were light years less expensive than the pod places! I can't believe anyone uses those. The manager I worked with was wonderful, very straight forward and helpful. Everything went very smoothly and quickly...arranged one day and moved stuff in the next.

I had to coordinate closing a unit at Security Storage in Ceres, Ca and moving everything to Salinas. I originally rented a unit that was too small, Patricia Took great care of fixing that for me. Very nice and courteous. I’ve had a unit in Salinas for a while the facility is clean and secure. Highly recommend this place!
