Husband and wife staff is very friendly and courteous and knowledgeable. The facility is very well kept and offers a lot of security. This is also a great location for U-Haul pick-up and drop-off.

I've had a good experience at Security Storage. Very friendly people in the office. The place seems very safe and well maintained. I like their policy to return prepaid money if I want to vacate mid-month. I would like to update my recommendation to add that Security Public Storage is easy to work with and was able to switch units with prorated rates. I have had a great experience with this business.

It is a small, family owned vibe. They are super nice and they always have people watching on security cameras. Great prices after looking around Walnut Creek, too!
