I have been renting and storing with this facility for over an year now and my experience has been good as can be. This is a good model business whose core value is Customer service based and the staff and all Representatives here have been very accommodating and supporting. Thanks for the great efforts.
Service is great, but the company is a little shabie. Got a raise in rent five bucks one day from the next
This place is pretty good. It's very clean, lovely that 2 people live on site to prevent crime. The only thing I would say could be improved is that there may be a reason why they either need your key or they need to break your lock (for upgrading the storage facility). Some people may not be comfortable with that, so just letting everyone know. Otherwise, nice place and good service / communication.
At Security Public Storage the staff is very helpful storing your items and keeping your account concurrent. I received a courtesy call before I had to pay for a late fee. I appreciate their attention and good customer service.
I've dealt with a couple of the other storage facilities in town. SPS has the best hours, a clean facility, and helpful friendly staff. They never seem very busy. Their telephone support is excellent.
So far the rental has gone very smoothly for an excellent rent price so much better than the Public Storage place we were in before.
