SPS facility in NW Portland is clean and secure. It is a gated facility with cameras all over the places. The units are clean too and the elevators are spacious. Only thing that could use some improvement is the carts. There are 2 carts per elevator and they are not in the best condition. But nonetheless, this is and has been my choice of storage facility in Portland.
I have been with this facility for a few years and I must say the staff here is wonderful and pleasant. When they say that they will call you back please believe that they are true to their word.
This place is the best storage facility, it’s always clean and properly maintained. I’m never worried about the safety of my things. The staff is always responsive and helpful as well.
The staff is friendly and helpful and thre storage units are clean, secure, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend.
Leah and Michele are great with great customer service! I spoke to Leah around February with a ton of questions and concerns since it was my first time needing a storage unit. She was very patient and walked me through everything. When I finally decided to go with this company and location, it was right when the whole COVID pandemic started. I can’t stress enough that the customer service at Security Public storage is top-notch! I am truly appreciative of the hospitality and the professionalism. Man Choi has been an absolute blessing throughout this entire ordeal with the circumstances that the world has been faced regarding the Pandemic. Very nice place, Staff is wonderful great customer service great place to rent a storage unit very spacious.
Dwayne and the other employees are nice, always helping when they can. Make sure to check in for free gifts as well.
