I've been storing my items here for over 3 years now. I love the easy access and clean facility. They have the most friendly staff.
Security public storage was a pleasure to work with. From day 1, they communicated everything I needed to know and never pressured a sale too heavily on me. What's amore, every time i've visited my unit, they've been very pleasant to deal with. Also, one of the workers who'd been there for around a decade, said they'd never had a break in, which is great news.
I called initially, because I was not sure what size storage unit I would need based on all my belongings. We spoke in detail about my the best way to store everything for efficiency and in protection of my large furniture. It made me feel confident in picking the right unit for me. The first day of my lease was really easy. I got a tour of the facilities and shown how to use my security code in the main places it is required. They were able to give me a great rate for the first few months. I was told however that I would receive a unit with a lifting garage style door, but instead received a unit with a standard door. This made it difficult to move my belongings in and out of the unit. The staff has been friendly and sends reminders for payment, which helps in avoiding late fees.
Front desk staff is very helpful. Very clean facility. Super easy and simple ever visit.. Don't plan on switching storages ever.
This place is so close to our house and they have been great. I called and got a space available the next day! They have great customer service and happy I choose them.
They were super helpful with everything I needed, form renting the unit to returning my uhual. I would definitely recommend them!
I wouldn't store at another other storage business. SPS will always give you the best customer service alongside a safe and clean facility giving me a peace of mind that my belongings are being take care of.
So far so good . Clean safe . Courteous. Wish the hours were better for gate access but it is indoors so Thank u team at sps!! Overcharged for cheap lock.
