RecommendedHave had a storage unit here for almost 20 years (2 different units). The facility is very clean and the units, even facing outside, stays very dry. Getting into the facility is easy with your passcode but very difficult without which shows great security for your belongings. I’d highly recommend SPS for anyone in the Gaithersburg area.

I love the storage area. The security is so good here I feel my stuff is safe in this facility also the owner are a husband and wife team and they're really nice people. I highly recommend. They won't let your stuff be touched. They dont even let you go in until you out the gate code in which is added security.
