I used to be a customer here in the 1990s, before I purchased my home and before they switched to a new company. I sold that home and needed a place to put my belongings for a bit. I was hesitant first, because I was unsure if they had lost what made them special when they joined a larger company. I am happy to report, they are still the secure, safe place to store your stuff with a fantastic live on site staff that is friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Your stuff is in safe hands there.
I would recommend this place to anyone it’s Very clean facility and the employees are really nice everyone has always been truly helpful
The service is great and they work with your Budget and try there bedt to make you happy and sandisfied
The people who work here are the best. Service with a smile, old style. Rare does one find that kind of service anymore. The place is clean and any issues are dealt with immediately. The unit renters are quiet and respectful of each other and for me, there has never been any problem left unaddressed. I am glad to have access to such a safe and high-quality place knowing how poorly many storage sites are kept.
Sonja is very helpful and nice. Sonja explains everything and has awesome customer service. I recommend this storage! It's safe,clean, and has a resident manager onsite.
They have great customer service. All the employees are friendly. The prices are reasonably. I sure recommend this storage to everyone.
Clean place but every other month rent goes up is what it seem like.. but clean place and well secured.
Office staff is always polite and professional. Grounds are clean and well maintained. Security seems to be prioritized. Zero issues to date.
