Carol is the reason for these 4 stars. She's personable, patient and just lovely. I would've gifted them 5stars but for the expense of renting a unit. $120/mo. is steep IMHO.

I was looking for Storage unit that was local and convenient. Outstanding customer service very outgoing and friendly and helpful.
Have had our items stored for about a year now and haven't had any issues what so ever. It's super clean so don't have to worry about animal infestation. It's well maintiain. If I have any questions staff is pretty good in answering.
Great place!! Prior to renting I called around. I checked prices and security and insurance at multiple places. When I came in to this facility the staff was extremely friendly and helped accommodate me with what I needed. When I had to pay the following months rent I initially had questions on the online payment option so I came back into the office and they helped me out a lot there as well.
