I absolutely love this facility, I can't speak of the other Public Security Storage locations but this one is awesome. I love the people, the security level, and the cleanliness. If you need security with your storage I recommend this location on woodland Ave.
We have had a 10x10 storage unit for 7 months so far. The move in promotions were very generous and the staff are always very helpful and friendly. We were offered the use of a moving truck for one initial move in - this was so appreciated! Our unit is an inside unit and feels very secure. The unit is clean, the building is clean. There are flat bed dollies to use. Elevators are available for upstairs units. Security to enter and exit the complex is a code entry and makes storage there seem even more secure. Staff here are extremely devoted to their customers; always friendly and helpful. The facility is kept clean and in proper working order (lights, security etc.)
We just moved our office from San Marcos to Escondido and needed space to store our extra stuff. We found this facility, and not only they have good rate on their rental fees, their managers, Lucas, Maya and Daniel are super helpful. Lucas made sure that we had our (2) units we're renting are next to or really close to each other and he gave us a good deal on both units.
