I have being a customer of security public storage for over 10 years and their services as always being the best services. Them just provide you with good customer services. If you have any concern or problem with your bill they will step on to help you. That is why I stay with them because they care to find what issue or problem you have with your account.
This place is great. High security and the staff is very helpful & friendly. They call to let you know if you haven’t made a payment & that is such a great thing so that you don’t have to pay a late fee.
Very clean, very safe, easy access. The employees are amazing and it was a very quick turnaround form looking for a storage to acquiring one. Best and least expensive in town!!
I went in today to rent a storage, Liz greeted me immediately, she was working with a another customer. Liz was awesome, very patience and professional, the place was very clean. She walked me through everything step by step, to make sure I understood everything, which I liked very much, just didn’t send me on my way, she actually took me out to the unit By a golf cart so I didn’t have to walk to the back, she Showed me the one I was renting to show me and make sure it would fit my needs. I love this facility. Extremely helpful staff and very secure space. It is right next to my house and I can come in anytime. Easy payment over the phone also. Highly recommended!
Security Public Storage in Hayward on Huntwood is by far the best storage facility that I have ever been to. I feel absolutely comfortable storing my belongings at Security Public Storage because there is always an onsite property manager watching the facility 24/7, as well as surveillance cameras throughout the complex.
