From day one they have been great !! Great move in price and great monthly price . The grounds are always clean and I feel safe and secure whenever I go ! Staff isfriendly and helped me out with any questions I had !! 5 stars !!!
Been here 11 months - all is perfect. Well maintained, excellent service. Totally tell my friends who need some extra space for a while. They all are very satisfied, too. New management is super. Everything is in tip top condition I especially like their requirement to check in and out, just another added layer of security. I got a call from the mgr. about my door being damaged by a tenants cart - I met them there to allow access and the door was fixed in a jiffy. Can't say enough about how easy it is. the facility is clean. onsite customer service is not excellent, but is okay. they offer a discount if you post a review. details were not too clear until I made a review & I was told it was not valid and discount would not be applied. the online chat manager applied the discount after onsite management advised me it wouldn't be applied. online chat manager provided excellent customer service. will consider a different storage facility at a lower cost

Alicia always has great customer service and she is really friendly and talkative when i come in. Her friend that works here needs to smile more and be more friendly. Besides that i love it here and would recommend, safe and clean.
Entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. I called on my moving day about 20 minutes before they were closing and asked them if they could please wait for me because I needed another storage unit. All of my stuff didn't fit into one and he most certainly waited for me. Don't know what I would have done with a full uhaul. I'm happy he waited. I feel that my valuables are safe at this location.
I have been renting with Security Public Storage since this past summer....In the beginning I was not sure what I wanted to do....The staff was very helpful in showing me all the options and giving me plenty of time to make my decisions....and when I changed my mind....they worked with me....I returned 1 month later and they gave me the same unit.....discounts are amazing....and opportunities to receive more discounts are there for you to take advantage of.....This is a beautiful buidling and they have made every effort to m... read more
Clean and organized location. Storage size is very good. Helpful staff willing to help with any questions or concerns that arise. Definetly would recommend !
