Moving from San Jose was a big move for myself. Before I signed up with Security Public Storage I shopped around to see what my options were. From start to finish the entire process was smooth. If I had questions they were answered and the ladies were very friendly and knowledgeable. Glad I shopped around and found Security Public Storage.
For the last few months I've always had a positive experience with the staff and the location of their business. The people who work there are very friendly and extremely professional, they will outline everything to you in detail that you need to know and their gate hours for the prices of the units cannot be beat anywhere.
I have had a storage unit here for about 5 years. The building is clean, safe and very well managed. I have gone in and out of the unit at all hours, and not had any problem. Very easy to access and convenient location.
Absolutely love this facility I have used it for many years I feel that all my stuff is safe I have never had an issue staff is wonderful I would absolutely recommend to friends and family

Mary and Rob are the nicest people I've met in a long time, they're extremely helpful and accommodating I've been in customer service for years and they're definitely exceeding expectations of great customer service.
My husband and I have had nothing but great service here. Wanda is always friendly and so helpful when we come by. They have excellently secured units with climate control so all of our things in storage stay in great condition.
For the last 1 1/2 years I have had 2 Storage’s with out and issues. It is kept clean and there always happy to answer any questions. The young couple that live on the property are very polite and very professional. I would highly recommend these storage unit . Daniel a220
