When we first got our unit, they were polite and very helpful. Purchased a lock from them as well. Our first 6 months were at a discount, then the rates went up during the first part of the pandemic. They were accommodating in reducing our rent for a month while we were not working. I very much appreciate the effort Kayla has made for us.

Gave a call to Public Storage this morning. I talked to Connie. I asked for a small unit that I would need for a couple months. Connie said she had one available. She got me signed up for it over the phone and in the unit today. I dropped some of my stuff off. I got to meet Connie. She's awesome. This place is clean, mostly quiet, and safe. It's near the base, so don't have to go far. Connie thanks for all your help.
it's a secure storage place gated n I feel safe knowing my belongings are there. the prices are reasonable n affordable. they have a staff that's ready n helpful in ur tyme of need to give u the storage desired n needed for ur belongings
The storage spaces are clean and the staff are very kind and helpful, even during the shelter in place. Maria is also extra helpful and very professional in addressing our concerns.
