We've been renting for over a year now and have nothing but great things to say about this place. The grounds are very clean and I feel like my belongings are safe here. They are also good with communication and sending out reminders for when they are closed (holidays). The staff is friendly and so helpful. Military-friendly also.

They are an extremely helpful couple that runs the facility and so sweet! I was not sure how to go about getting a storage never needed one but they were very nice and helpful and didn't pressure me unlike a few other places in the area. I checked on 2 other security storage place right next to them and both of those were pusing and rude and werent helpful. Glad i found this place! Plus my stuff feels really secure and makes me feel at ease.
I like the service . They're nice people and the hours to get into my storage unit is convenient. They're accessable until 10 pm witch make it easier for me any time after work
The facility is amazing and the staff, especially Tammy, have been become like family. I would highly recommend this location!

Security Public has easy access to freeway and uptown Walnut Creek. It is a clean facility with on site managers.
