I have to say that the employee that helped me was wonderful. I had never rented a storage before and she explained everything to me. She told me about all the different units. And helped me choose the correct size. Once the paper work was completed she showed me where my unit was. I wad very satisfied. Thank you .
I love storing my things here. I have had the best experience by far and I would recommend this place to anyone. Go into the office and ask the managers about the raffle prizes they give away. I don't know another storage place that does that for their customers!
I have had excellent customer service and cost efficiency with their units. I would recommend. Nice location with easy access.
I enjoy my unit there at security public storage. It nice, quiet and I feel more then secure with my stuff there.
Friendly staff. Convient. Feel very secure. Cameras and alarms throughout and staff available on Sundays
Clean & safe facility and units. My only issue is that the payment kiosk out front never seems to be working. Other than that, the staff is wonderful. It is a little pricey but for the safety and cleanliness it is definitely worth the price.
They are great people and very friendly and always checking around the building making sure everything is good.
Apr 22, 2019 Am grateful for the easy-going, pleasant and accommodating service provided by the onsite managers Duane and Wanda in thoroughly setting up my storage reservation during a very stressful time, of which was understood by the down to earth managers, as well as I applaud James and Shelby, relief managers, also for their very pleasant assistance given over the telephone, again during this very difficult time. All above are perfect in their positions in handling the best customer service.
I like this place. Staff are friendly and place clean. I recommend this place. I like that this has cameras around.
